ROBYN PATTERSON,
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Robyn is a savvy and experienced public relations professional who has devoted her career to first-class representation, building reliable media relationships and helping clients gain results that will have an impact on their business. As founder of Mack Media Relations, Robyn has been instrumental in building innovative brand awareness campaigns for local and national companies in an array of industries, including consumer, travel, health and fitness, hospitality, tech, real estate and more. Her strong work ethic, integrity and outgoing personality are what drive Mack Media Relations to be successful and ensure happy clientele. Before founding MMR in 2016, Robyn worked for top PR agencies in Phoenix and Los Angeles and in the media as a morning radio personality. She grew up in the Valley and graduated from Arizona State University. And as new mom, Robyn is enjoying finding the balance between entrepreneurship and motherhood. When she is not working, she loves to travel the world!

MEET

ERICA SHIPIONE
ACCOUNT MANAGER

Erica spent a year interning for Mack Media Relations before officially joining the team in May 2021. She is a graduate from Arizona State University where she received a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations. At the Cronkite school, she was inducted into Kappa Tau Alpha, the national honor society for journalism and mass communications for her outstanding academic record. Erica has been working alongside local Phoenix businesses since 2018 managing social media accounts and specializing in brand photography. She has worked with an array of industries that include food and beverage, beauty and lifestyle. A New England native, Erica enjoys spending time back east any chance she gets. In her free time, you can catch her dining at a local spot and hanging out with her rescue dog, Palomo.

CLAIRE CHANDLER
ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER

The newest member of the Mack Media Relations team; Claire specializes in public relations and organic social media, thriving on creating meaningful impact in the world of communication.

Building community through open and honest communication practices, Claire understands the important role media and strategic communications play in the ever-changing digital landscape. She has experience across several industries including technology, healthcare, nonprofit and hospitality.

Growing up in the Phoenix area has provided her with a deep respect of the people and businesses that make up the community she loves.  Thanks to her education from ASU’s Cronkite School for Journalism, Claire has a strong passion for writing and storytelling which allows for her to highlight her clients in new and exciting ways. 

A published print and multimedia journalist, Claire enjoys the creative fast-paced environment of agency life built from her experience in journalism. During her free time, you can find her bopping around Phoenix with friends or hanging with her rambunctious orange tabby, Tiggy.
