At @queencreekolivemill, garlic is a fan favorite! 🧄 To celebrate Garlic Month, we wanted to share a fun recipe for their Garlic Jam that you can add to breads, crackers, pasta or meat dishes.

Ingredients
~ 4 large heads garlic roasted
~ 1/2 cup Queen Creek Olive Mill Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
~ 1/4 red onion fine dice
~ 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
~ 1/4 teaspoon dry rosemary
~ 1/4 teaspoon dry parsley
~ 1/4 teaspoon dry oregano
~ Salt to taste

Instructions
1. Remove the garlic from the bulb and squeeze the softened garlic cloves into a medium bowl. Add the olive oil and diced onion to the garlic cloves and mash with a fork until smooth. Stir the lemon juice into the mashed garlic and continue stirring until smooth and creamy. Add seasonings and salt.
2. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving to let the herbs infuse into the jam. The garlic jam will keep
refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.

@eatatovereasy is hosting the fourth annual ‘Dollars for Dozens’ fundraiser during the month of April! 🥚 They are teaming up with @shamrockfarmsmilk and @hickmanseggs to raise funds (and eggs!) for @phxchildrens and @unitedfoodbank!

When dining at any of the 13 Arizona locations, guests will have the opportunity to donate $1 or more to Phoenix Children’s. Over Easy will then match every donation dollar for dollar. In addition, every dollar raised will contribute to a dozen eggs delivered to the United Food Bank by Shamrock Farms and Hickman’s Family Farms.

@hashkitchen is hopping into Easter weekend with specialty items March 28th-31st. Sip on their ‘Peep This’ cocktail playfully poured into cocktail-sized Peep cups! Guests can also enjoy limited-time Easter Brunch items including Cannoli Pancakes & Lamb Hash. 7am-3pm.

@thesicilianbutcher is offering a specialty Easter menu items March 25-31st. The limited-time only Easter items include a Lamb Ragu Pappardelle and a Lobster Risotto Fra Diavolo. 11am–10pm.

@thesicilianbaker will be offering Zeppole (Italian donuts) and Pastiera Napoletana (Italian Easter Pie) perfect for bringing to your Easter Sunday gatherings.

@themontaukaz will be hosting Easter brunch from 9am-3pm while you enjoy live local music and Montauk brunch favorites such as the Huevos Rancheros, Avocado Toast and assortment of crepes.

@therosticceria_ invites you to spend Easter brunch from 10am-3pm while indulging in a specially-curated menu with dishes including 10-layer Breakfast Lasagna and Lamb Osso Bucco, all while enjoying live music.

@winegirlscottsdale is excited to hop into Easter weekend with their Inaugural Easter Egg Hunt! Saturday, March 30, from 1-5 pm, start your Easter egg hunt at Wine Girl and hop around to their neighbors including Farm and Craft and Scapegoat Beer & Wine, among others, for specials at each stop. Tickets are $15 and include a welcome drink at Wine Girl, an Easter basket & a jumbo Easter egg you can decorate with stickers from each participating restaurant!
